What needs to be crossed off on your checklist this week for it to be considered a successful week?

And in that I mean exercise wise and also in your day to day life.

Take for example your work. 

I’m sure you have a bunch of things you need to do this week otherwise you’ll be hearing about it one way or another.

Would that be on the mark?

So let’s put that same focus onto the exercise part.

What do you need to cross off this week for your week to be productive?

And to ensure you’re putting in the work to get you towards your training goals.

It might be XX number of sessions you need to attend.

It might be getting to bed at an earlier hour to make it easier to get out of bed in the morning so you’re not tempted to hit snooze.

If that’s the case, what needs to be done to make that happen?

Is it staying away from your phone or work emails after a certain time?

Do you need to read or something to wind your mind down so you can go to sleep earlier?

Do you need to meditate or do some other type of brain dump activity so you’re not lying awake thinking about everything that you can’t control at that time of night?

Do you need to get a certain number of other active sessions in? Such as a walk or yoga or whatever?

What do you have to do this week to make it successful for you and are you on track so far?

If not, it’s only Tuesday morning, just do something about it and don’t leave it to the last minute.
