But for the next month, I have a short term vacancy for some lunch time personal training.

A clients overseas for 5 weeks so if you need a short burst to get you back in the swing of things.

To blow of a few cobwebs,

Or to let off some steam

after all of those muppets in the office seem to throw at you.

Or maybe you just need to drop those couple of kilos that you haven’t been able to shift since Easter.

Like I mentioned, this is short term only.

So this may be right for you if you are currently:

* Someone who is prepared to do the work and follow the game plan that is laid out – as its laid out

* Ready to commit 2 sessions per week for the next 4 weeks

* Ready to invest in a short commitment to get a permanent result

(providing you keep the plan that we implement going afterwards of course)

* Someone who is available 12:15-12:45 on Tuesday and Thursdays

* You’ll meet me at Observatory Hill.
