You could start today.
Or you could put things off ’cause it’s too hot’
You could start tomorrow.
Or you could put it off saying I’ll start Monday – got a busy week on.
You could kid yourself that your pants aren’t feeling tighter at this time of year
(I’ve already faced the reality and told you mine are)
Or you could take the ‘something’s gotta change approach cause I ain’t getting any fatter’
That’s the conversation I had with myself on the weekend.
I knew things had changed with my belly and my clothes.
I could tell looking in the mirror too.
The mirror ain’t gonna kid you.
It’s the cold hard dose of reality.
And I wasn’t going to avoid it.
But you could.
However, I know with that things only get worse.
You could ‘wing it’ and go it alone.
Or you could get the foolproof plan that has worked for a ridiculous amount of busy women (and even a few blokes).
Check these stories out in the link here
They’re all busy just like you.
But they made the commitment and did the work and it doesn’t take long.
No, you don’t have to promise me your first born (I’m happy with mine!) and commit hours and hours.
So all in all, you could delete this email and do nothing.
Or you could do the hard thing:
Hit reply and start.
Take the chance.
Back yourself that this time, with the right game plan – even if the circumstances aren’t perfect
HINT- they never are perfect!
So if you’re starting to come to the realisation that this year really has to be the year, and this week, this day is the day to start things moving in the right direction realise this:
– You are not going to get flogged at your first session.
– You are not going to be competing against anyone else other than yourself.
– You are not going to be expected to be up to pace from day dot.
You work at your pace and ease your way in.
Things will get easier.
I can promise you that.
The hardest part of anything is always starting off.
Then it just becomes the new normal.
Don’t be shy.
We’re not a pretentious bunch of elitists.
We’re down to earth and like to have a laugh.
Come join us.
There’s a couple of places left for each group,

* Dawes Point lunch group – Wednesday 1:15-1:45pm NEW GROUP
* Observatory Hill – Saturday 8-9am
Don’t you think it’s time to believe that you could,
and hit reply and get things moving in the right direction
PS the hardest part is always starting.
Once the first few days are crossed off it starts to become a new habit.
It gets easier.
Trust me. I’ve been doing this for 11.5 years as part of Team DPM
