So, maybe I’m just showing my age.
Or just naivety.
Call it what you will but theres a new trend that I missed apparently.
Not the T20 cricket that makes summer tv watching survivable, but Brazilian Butt Lift apparently.
Where they remove fat from other parts of your body and inject it into your butt.
And it’s the thing these days supposedly.
Yep, some surgeons are reporting a 400% increase in these surgeries.
Said woman goes in, shows a photo of J-Lo or Iggy Azalea’s butt and says “I want me some of that”
Just a lazy $10-15K on average.
But some go as high as $24000.
Would you do it?
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not here to judge you if you would,
but there is a better way if you ask me.
And a few things I’d try first.
Plus, it’s a way that’s a LOT cheaper.
Besides, you won’t have to avoid sitting down or even lying down for the 2 weeks recovery that you supposedly need after that surgery.
So what would I recommend?
Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Bridge March and plenty of other butt targeted exercises just like we do at DPM for example.
Best way for mine.
