Now I know this won’t be for everyone, but I also know that some people like to keep on top of things during our 2 week Christmas break.

So here’s what I can do for you.

You may remember back 2 years ago I launched my Short N’ Sweet Book?

Well I also filmed 6 workouts that went along with the book.

These home workouts are 20 minute in full follow along at home videos.

So all you have to do is press play and follow along to my audio – and timer cues.

I’ll send you all of these.

Up to you what you do with them – you can use them or just let it go.

But if you already have my book it’s basically the plug in follow along.

Fair enough?

I’ll be sending them out next Tuesday which is my last day of DPM action for 2020.

This will go to current DPMers only.

We’re back on Wednesday January 6.

So if you’re the type of person that needs to put the feet up and rest, this won’t be for you.

But if you need a little something one day to tide you over, then you’re covered.

Me I do a bit of both.

A bit of rest, and a bit of extra walking.

If I feel like a bodyweight workout I might do one, but I don’t obsess over it.

So stay tuned if that sounds like something you’d be interested in.
