Despite the reprieve with the weather this week, it’s going to be a little bit colder for a little bit longer.

Which means two things:

1) Get your body moving to keep your body and mind active and a sure fire way to warm up and of course the best way to do that is attend the sessions you committed yourself to attending in the morning.
