Like I’ve said many times here,

I never claimed to be a rocket scientist.

Or even the sharpest tool in the shed.

But there’s one thing I’d like to think I do have a bit of.

And that’s common sense.

Unfortunately, not everyone is on the same page.

You just gotta drive down the freeway and see muppets driving 90 in a 100 zone in the right lane to see that for yourself.

But before I get all angry old man with a walking stick on you,

I want to share with you the latest scam.

And it’s good ole Gwyneth Paltrow, or moreso her company, that’s behind it.

Apparently they’re selling these ‘Body Vibe’ stickers that promise to harness the “healing power of energy”.

Ok then.

Funny thing is they claim the stickers use some NASA type technology to improve your health.

But old mates at NASA have called BS and said ahh no we never said that nonsense.

Better yet, they’re going for $120 a pop.

And no, it’s not her latest movie script.

It’s the real deal.

Just goes to once again confirm that it’s only a rort if you’re not in on it!

Funny that the stickers are still for sale but all reference to NASA technology have now been removed.

I wonder if it’ll work with Emily’s Frozen stickers?

I’ve worn enough of them over the last year or two and haven’t noticed any amazing harnessing energy.

Maybe I have to leave it on for longer?

Anyways, remember that there is always going to be someone selling some ‘magic potion’ to give you a short cut to getting back in them skinny jeans and finding more energy.

When really, for mine, there’s only a couple of ways to get more energy:

1) another cup of coffee – not always a good idea

2) getting into the sort of training that we do at DPM

Want to start getting the ball rolling?

Let’s get a speed-coaching call organised.

Fill in these couple of questions,

tell me what you’re after and we’ll set up a time for a quick 5 min call to see if you’d be appropriate for one of the DPM solutions.

And the only way that we can see whether it’s worth pursuing things further is to have that quick coaching call.
