Tell me I’m not the only one who actually went to work this morning?

Granted, I only do one session on Monday cause it’s Emily-Daddy day and I’m not swapping that for anyone.

But with ANZAC Day tomorrow I guess most of the country is taking an extra long weekend right?

Anyways, here’s a big take home point that I’m going to ram home today.

I don’t really care what you did over the Easter weekend last week.

Or even that continued into this weekend.

And with another holiday tomorrow you could well be tempted to throw it all out the window and say ‘stuff it’.

It just doesn’t matter now.

That’s done and dusted.

Hope you enjoyed it.

All I really care about is what you are doing right now to get back in the saddle.

Sure you can do something today.

Then get back on track as of Wednesday.

Why not?

Start afresh from day zero – and keep doing that as many times as you need.

It doesn’t matter how many day zeros you have over the course of your year.

The only thing that matters is you don’t just put your cue in the rack and say stuff it.

You can control the now. 

You can control what you do when the holidays are over.

If you’re beating yourself up and feel like crap – it happens.

Start fresh from now.

Restart again on Wednesday again if you have too.
