Yes, we’re going ahead with the new Wednesday and Friday small group morning sessions.

Thank you to those who’ve indicated interest.

We’re starting tomorrow.

Obviously, there will be no session this Friday for Easter.

If you want to add this to your current schedule just let me know and we can hook it up.


Days: Monday and Wednesday (meaning we’ll have an option Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Observatory Hill now to maximise your training potential)

And your attendance compliance so you are in fact, doing what you said you would do.

You see, I like to make it easy for you at DPM.

Because I know the more options that I give you to make it, the more you’ll attend as many times as you said you would.

And those results will start to happen faster.

So that those jeans become easier to slide up over your thighs.

And you can do them up at the top again.

You’ll even have people comment how amazing you look.

That would feel pretty sweet wouldn’t it?

But only if you’re prepared to do the work of course.

I just know the short cut to get there.

The DPM way of course.

It’s not as hard as you think.

You’ll even be able to have those Easter Eggs on Sunday with the kids.

Or steal their stash, 

so they don’t overindulge of course…
