Thanks to the interest in getting another DPM 6 Week Challenge up and running, I’m happy to say we’re a goer.

The next edition will be starting this Monday- February 8.

So if you need a bit more focus and accountability towards crossing off whatever little (or big) goal you have for yourself this year, this is the perfect time to do it.

January is done, so are the school holidays, public holidays and any other excuse that can get in the way of starting something.

Come this time of the year we’re getting into a decent grove, and if you’re struggling for whatever reason, then this challenge might be for you.

As per the other ones that we’ve run previously, it’s not just about weight loss.

It’s about whatever YOU want it to be.

You see, I work with you to establish some outcomes that you want to achieve.

– is it a more consistent approach to training, inside and outside of your DPM sessions?

– is it fitting back into whatever used to fit?

– is it getting more sleep?

– or eating better?

What do you want out of it?

The choice is yours. I just help you get there quicker.

Your investment is only $99 as per the other challenges.

And apart from your customised game plan, you’ll also receive a daily small challenge to cross off that gets sent out via the private WhatsApp group each morning.

You’ll also get access to 2 x 20 minute workouts via the Trainerize app.

The first will cover weeks 1 to 3.

The second will see you through weeks 4-6.

And you’ll also get a Friday arvo check in each week to see how you’re doing, and to set some benchmarks for the next week if that’s what you need.

So if this sounds like something you need to be a part of, click the link below and lock in your place for the

DPM Summer 6 Week Challenge

I will then be in touch with you within 24 hours to work with you on what you need to do next (ie fill out some questions with what you want to get out of the next 6 weeks).

Let’s make this happen.

Cheers,
Daniel
