There’s one more thing I’ll add to my message from yesterday that I forgot to mention.

It’s regarding our Lilyfield early morning group.

As of now, the Friday morning session is waiting list only.

Since the weather has got warmer, the numbers have been growing.

There’s still available space in our Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning group.

But for now, the Friday one is at a capacity.

I don’t want to have an unlimited number of people attend.

Why?

Two reasons.

1) I don’t want to be like one of the traditional ‘bootcamps’ that cram as many people as they can into a group. 

Sure, I can legally train up to 20 people at a time as per my insurance allows.

But number two explains why I don’t.

2) Most importantly, I want to keep the personal in personal training.

Even in the groups.

And the larger groups aren’t that hard to manage.

I just prefer to keep things smaller and personal and spend more time focusing on you and making sure you’re getting what you’re coming for.

And if that means I lose in the short term, then I know it’ll come back to me in the long term cause you’ll stay around for longer.

It’s funny how the cycle works, cause this time last year, and earlier this year, the Wednesday morning was the waiting list only group.

But things change and people’s routines change.

Some switched over to the later start time at Observatory Hill in the city when they found that worked better for their routine not having to get up as early.

I just wanted to clarify that before you recommend the dinner offer that I mentioned again yesterday.

Actually one of the big reasons why the Friday morning group has got to waiting list only is because of this free dinner offer.

After all, who doesn’t want a free dinner?
