I don’t want to make light of the drought situation, cause I definitely wouldn’t want to be in a farmers shoes right now.
But considering that we haven’t had any decent rain for a while, and according to the long range forecast I heard on the news last week, none is forecast anytime soon as well.
Not ideal. But it is what it is.
So I figure why not turn lemons into lemonade.
And by that, I mean, that it’s the perfect time to get outside and make the most of this weather.
You may have noticed that the sun has been getting up that little bit earlier the last week or so and last week it was definitely noticeable to me.
You’re also no doubt aware that there’s only officially a week and a half until Spring starts.
Yes, I know that we’ll get some colder days in September just like we had some warmer days at the back end of last week.
The moral of the story today is that the tide is turning which is only going to help with your motivation to get out of bed each morning.
The weather is warming up and if you have been the person whose almost gone into a hibernation when it got colder, that is nearly done and dusted.
So you might as well get back in the swing of things again now.
Or continue to build on your rhythm.
For the DPMers, while I’m away tomorrow through to Saturday (remember there’s no sessions), you can easily get outside and make the most of a walk instead.
Embrace the nice weather.
Or follow along with one of the Edge workouts that I’ve been mentioning the last week and a half.
(If you didn’t tell me you want to be included, hit reply and do so now cause it’s opt in even though it’s complimentary – I only want to send it to those who want it).
Enjoy the sunshine.
And if you need help getting back moving again, you know where to turn.
Just hit reply and let me know what you’re currently doing and where you’d like to be and we can see what we can put together for you upon my return next week.
PS – even though i’m going away in the morning I’ve scheduled some emails to still come out to you over the next couple of days as per normal to keep you motivated and on track.
