Yeah I know.

The mornings are getting cold.

Sure we had a good run while it lasted.

Considering up until last week we’ve had some really nice early 20’s days.

Not bad for late May right?

Even the days now are nice once the sun comes out.

…Eventually…

So today I thought I’d give you a bit of an outdoor workout if you need to get out and make the most of the winter sunshine.

This’ll hit the spot, especially if you slept in and missed the morning workout you were supposed to get in!

And you can boost that vitamin D intake at the same time.

How can you lose?

For best results – do this workout somewhere with a view

– that’s why I love training at Observatory Hill in the city 

and along the bay at Lilyfield when I do the group sessions.

So, let’s give this one a go. It may look simple, but trust me, it will be effective!

1. Walking Lunges x 30 (15 each leg)

2. Sprint back to start

3. Prisoner Squat Push Ups x 15

4. Walking Hovers x 30 

Repeat x 4 sets through. 

And that’s it. 

Like I said, it may look simple but it will hit the spot.

Best yet, it won’t take you more than 20 mins or so to do. 

And those Prisoner Squat Push Ups are a pretty damn effective way of getting the heart rate up!

Maybe the thought of going out and getting that done by yourself isn’t enough to get it done?

Maybe you need a bit more accountability?
