If you enjoyed that short 6 minute workout that I shared a couple of weeks ago, here’s a new one you may like as well. 

This one is another home workout that you can do in under 10 minutes – 8 minutes to be exact for this one.

Add in another minute or two for warm up and cool down and there’s your 10 mins. 

So without any further ado, here it is.

Once again you’ll need a timer. This time set for a 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest template. 

1a) Step Leg Shuffles 

1b) Waves 

Repeat for 4 sets = 4 minutes total. 

2a) Backstrokers 

2b) Stick Ups with Calf Raises 

Repeat for 4 sets = 4 minutes total.
