Time to give myself an uppercut.

Seems my email from last Friday had a bunch of typos in it.

All in the first paragraph.

Insert face palm emoji here,

No excuses it’s just my fault that I didn’t re-read it.

And if you deleted it in disgust before reading on any further I can’t blame you.

I know it’s not the first time, I always catch something back on the re-read after it lands in my inbox that got past the keeper.

Oh well, I never claimed to be an English major.

But if you did look beyond my incompetence, I appreciate that cause there was a good message inside anyways if you can remember back.

Anyways, the lesson here is that things don’t have to be perfect.

In fact, things are never going to be perfect.

Your ducks are never all going to line up.

Life just isn’t like that.

So don’t wait for the perfect moment with something you want to start or get done.

Hit the trigger.

Back yourself.

And if that thing you’ve been putting off just happens to be getting started with your own exercise game plan, then I’m here to help.

Yes it’s even possible to start during winter.

In fact, I’d argue that it’s the best time to start.

Cause if you can start now and get into a regular routine when it’s cold, and sometimes wet, then you’re sweet for the rest of the year.

Best still you have a head start over everyone else who will just put it off until spring comes round.

When the damage done is always twice as bad.
