Or more to the point – holy shiiiit.
That was my reaction when I saw an article that showed how Britney Spears is looking nowadays.
Tell me you’re not surprised that she’s even still alive,
especially after the phase she went through a few years ago
when it looked like she’d be the next celebrity to come out a ‘winner’ of dying before your time lotto.
But this was based on her insta photos showing off her tight abs.
Pretty impressive considering she’s had 2 kids.
And the off the rails life she used to lead.
Looks like she’s got her head screwed on now though.
Good on her.
I think she looks awesome.
Obviously, like I pointed out with the tight butt email yesterday, it isn’t all genetics.
You’ve got to work hard to get like that.
Just like the tight butt.
You gotta follow a plan like the DPM 3 Day Detox plan.
You know, something that is sustainable, not likely to have you give up cause it’s all too hard.
That’s why I like the idea of our 3 days.
No processed carbs for 3 days straight.
Carb hit day 4.
The body really responds to that.
As is in evident by the scores of busy women (and a few blokes too) that I’ve helped out over the last 11.5 years here at DPM.
You don’t have to look like Britney.
