Cast your mind back to the glorious music of the 80’s.

Jimmy Barnes “Too much ain’t enough love” is the tune,

off that awesome Freight Train Heart album that I still love listening too.

With possibly one of the greatest guitar solos by an Aussie band of that era.

I still love old school Jimmy Barnes.

To be honest, unlike most people, I actually prefer solo Jimmy from the 80s and early 90s than Chisel Jimmy.

I could talk late 80’s rock music all day.

And 90s hip hop too.

But I digress.

The reason I got that song in my head is cause I was thinking about something that is actually related to that song title.

Although Jimmy might think that too much love ain’t enough love to satisfy him,

when it comes to exercise, there can indeed be such a thing as too much exercise.

Especially if you find you struggle to lose the stubborn kilos that never seem to budge no matter how hard you try.

It seems counterintuitive doesn’t it?

I mean you would think that the more you train, the more weight you’ll lose.

Not so.
