I could be more blunt and say something that someone from ‘the Shire’ might say.
You know the type with tough stickers down their arm and a southern cross sticker on the back of their ute.
But it’s a new year, so I’ll be a bit more classy.
No, that could be what you hear in the next couple of weeks.
Once the last couple of positions in my small group sessions are taken, you will be kicking yourself.
Especially if you want to start 2017 with a guaranteed way to drop those extra kilos.
How can I guarantee that?
Cause I know what I give people works.
It might sound arrogant but the truth is it does work.
So long as you follow the process.
And the guarantee is a pretty solid one in itself that I give to my training sessions.
That’s putting it lightly.
But no other trainer has the balls to do this – especially for a full 12 months like I do:
Your clothes will be looser.
Your partner won’t be able to keep their hands of your new, trim, sexy body.

– then I will refund every single last cent you have paid me plus I will train you for free until you are happy.
No ifs or buts, if you’re not happy than neither am I so you will get every cent back just for giving the sessions a good honest go and by following the nutrition and transformation system

So maybe now after a crazy Christmas period you’re starting to realise that something needs to be done.

* Observatory Hill – Tuesday and Thursday 7:15-7:45am
* Dawes Point lunch group – Wednesday 1:15-1:45pm NEW GROUP
* Observatory Hill – Saturday 8-9am
