For todays little insight, I thought i’d follow on from yesterdays message about going back and having a look at your goals that you set yourself at the start of the year. 

Did you manage to have a look back?

Anyways, this message assumes you did.

So let’s say you saw something on there that you’re not really too fussed on anymore.

Or maybe you realise that it may not exactly be realistic when you consider how things are now for you.

Either way, is it a bad thing to quit on it?

Not exactly.

It could be one of two things.

Maybe you need it as a kick up the backside to roll the sleeves up and really get to work on it if it’s something that you still really want.

But if things have changed for one reason or another, maybe it isn’t a bad thing to pivot on what you originally wanted.

Cause you obviously have more information based on how the year has played out so far.

It might be a time thing based on your schedule now?

Or it might be a priority thing?

Sometimes you realise that you actually don’t want to put your energy towards it.

Maybe a bit of a pivot is the last piece in the puzzle you need to really kick things into gear for the rest of the year?

So if that’s the case, don’t be afraid to scrub that original one.

Just as long as you’re prepared to do the work for whatever else is left on there or whatever new one you might add to it.
