I’m going to start the week off with both a positive and a negative.

The good news first – congrats to all the DPMers who’ve made it through the first 2 months of the year and are well on the way to achieving their fitness related goals this year.

The attendances have been very solid for the most part so give yourself a pat on the back there.

I also want to thank those who’ve been spreading the word and inviting their friends along.

Remember, to benefit from the $200 cash draw, you have until the end of this month to get your friend along.

So long as they’ve attended their first session by 31 March you’ll be in the running.

That means if I have to delay announcing the winner if it’s a close race I will.

The negative news?

The Friday morning Lilyfield group training session is now at waiting list only at this point.

I don’t want to have it over crowded to ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve.

And I also don’t want to be one of those traditional bootcamps that cram as many people as possible in. 

I can legally go to 20, but that’s not really personal training in my view. It’s more like a gym aerobics class.

The other days – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are still open at this stage so feel free to spread the word or come to those days if you need some extra make up action.

The city groups still have spaces currently so we’re all good there for now too.
