Not everything always turns up roses.

There’s plenty of things I’ve failed at.

Including plenty of times that I’d say I wouldn’t have a drink during the week.

Sometimes I lasted until Friday night. Sometimes Tuesday.

I’m sure you might be the same?

The point is at some time or another, we’re all going to fail at something.

Cause when you think about it, we’re all our own harshest critics.

So like I’ve mentioned before, maybe it’s time to cut yourself some slack.

And see things for what they are.

There’s a reason why you may have ‘failed’ at something.

Can you do something about that?

Depends on what it was.

But you can usually adapt a strategy or two to help you with it.

One of those is having a line in the sand and moving on from that moment.

It happened and there’s nothing we can do.

So focus on what you can do next.

Do you need to do a workout today to help get your mind right?

Do you need to get a day of good eating down?

Whatever it is I’m sure you’ll feel better about yourself when you do something and take some type of action.
