Here’s a concept that I’m going to share with you that you might be familiar with.
And even if you are, take it as a friendly reminder.
Cause it can save you a lot of issues.
I call it the write off.
What I mean by this is just like you write off a bad debt when someone owes you some money that you know you’ll never see again,
or on the positive side, a tax write off, the same thing applies here.
For your fitness campaign.
Here’s how it works:
Let’s say last week was a week that didn’t exactly end up as you had intended it.
Understandable right now.
Especially considering everything going on in the world right now.
So you may not have got your planned workouts in.
You may have had a few more drinks and missed an alcohol free day or two.
Whatever it is, it happened.
Write it off.
Then move on.
That’s the key.
Not getting hung up on what you did last week (or didn’t do).
See it for what it was.
Then move on.
Cause like I mentioned last week, all we can do now is control what you do next.
That means you can see where things went off plan last week.
Was anything able to be taken out of that?
Can you do anything better?
Either way, there may be a lesson you can take out.
So write off your ‘bad debt’ so to speak and move on.
Work on what you can do this week.
