I mentioned recently how I had a couple of personal training slots available and I thought I’d expand on that today.

Yes, it’s a bit of self promotion, but if me doing a bit of this is a bad thing every now and then, you’re probably not in the right place and we wouldn’t be a good fit anyways.

So the thing with these slots, I realise that the times, and or the locations, aren’t always convenient.

And with the way the world went towards zoom last year, it made me realise that zoom personal training sessions aren’t a bad idea.

I’ve done a few of these and they work really well.

I can demonstrate whatever exercise that you’re not familiar with, while at the same time I can have a look at your form – you just need to have the camera on.

The other beauty of this is you don’t have to go anywhere.

You can do it from the comfort of your home as you only need minimal space and minimal equipment if any.

We can get a great workout in without anything apart from your own body.

I’ve got enough bodyweight exercises in my tool box after 20 odd years to keep you satisfied.

And it doesn’t matter where I am, be that in the car in between my face to face sessions, or sitting on my lounge at home.
