There’s a new type of snack that I came across last week that you might be interested in.

You can’t actually eat it, but it’s a pretty cool thing I thought.

Especially in this day and age.

Exercise snacking.

It’s the term given to short bursts of intense exercise done a couple of times a day.

This all came out of a 2014 study by an Exercise Physiologist that found that six one minute efforts of very high intensity exercise helped improve blood sugar regulation.

Not bad right?

Now high intensity obviously varies from person to person.

For one it may be just walking around the block.

For another you might have to do a challenging bodyweight workout

Either way, the end result is the same.

And this is a pretty cool message.

Just do something.

Cause it all adds up.

PS – If want to maximise your ‘exercise snacking’, you should get yourself a copy of my Short ‘N Sweet book – the perfect accompaniment to help you get a lot done in minimal time.
