Seeing as I sometimes get asked questions about the DPM schedule,

and sometimes it’s people looking to start training or for clients who are wanting to add another personal training session to their current routine,

or join one of our small group sessions in addition to what they’re already doing,

I thought it was time to lay the cards on the table and give you an insight into how things look right now.

Winter normally gets a little quieter on the timetable so if you are thinking about locking something in, now is your best time to take your pick of what works for you.

So todays message gives you the current rundown of how the DPM timetable looks,

as well as any availability I currently have in my diary if you are looking, or know someone who may be, to add to your current routine.

SMALL GROUPS:

– Lilyfield location 

* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 

* 5:40-6:40am

* Leichhardt Oval # 3

– Observatory Hill location 

* Tuesday and Thursdays 7:15-7:45am – Tuesday is boxing and Thursday is a circuit

* Saturday Morning 8-9am – usually circuit based with the occasional boxing workout thrown in every now and then

PERSONAL TRAINING AVAILABILITY 

– Tuesday 

* 8am

* 9am

– Wednesday 

* I may tentatively have an 11:30am slot become available in the coming weeks, so if that suits you, I can put you on a waiting list and you’ll get first dibs if it does become available 

– Thursday

* 10am

* 12:15pm

– Friday

* 12:30pm

Location wise for these, it could be CBD, Inner West or Lower North Shore (depending on the day)

Monday is off limits as after the early morning group it’s my day with the girls as I’m sure you can appreciate.

Might as well make the most of my time with them now, cause I know that in a few years I’ll only be an ATM to them!

And the last of the early morning open spots was taken off the market a couple of weeks back.
