How many will you do?
Christmas kilos I’m talking about.
We all do it.
To be honest, I usually add a kg or three on at this time of year too.
Cause unfortunately, just like you, I simply cannot eat whatever I want and not put on weight.
That stopped when I was 21 and put on 10kg in 3 months after 3 months of living it up in the US.
I nearly lost my neck I looked that fat.
But the point of this short email today isn’t to put the fear of God in you.
And make you want to eat just rabbit food and tuna at Christmas while everyone else is tucking into all that good stuff.
Cause that’s exactly what I’m going to be doing.
But the point of this is to remind you of what can happen without a plan.
Chances are you’re going to put some weight on.
Be cool with that.
Just have a trigger button.
A point where you know your limit is.
Like a parachute to pull to reign you back in.
It’ll save you having to work twice as hard during the New Year.
For you it might be going for a walk every day to try and keep some balance in.
Or having a few days where you eat pretty good despite a few drinks at night.
It might even be stepping things up for the next week workout wise.
And doing your best with the food.
Get where I’m heading?
I want you to do something right before those Christmas kilos come knocking on your door.
I don’t expect you to NOT be on the wineos a little bit more.
I don’t expect you to NOT be eating a lot more extra food than you normally would.
That’s why you NEED to get something happening to ensure the balance stays.
A bit of exercise here.
A bit of wine there.
You know what I mean?
Or just say stuff it and deal with it in January.
PS – that lunch group thing I’ve been talking bout needs you to make it happen.
So far there’s 3 people in for Dawes Point – 2 for Observatory Hill.
I need 4/5 more to make it work.
How about you? Or someone you know?
It’s not starting until January 11 but I want to lock things in with my diary before the year ends so hit reply and let me know if its for you
