When it comes to the exercise part of your fitness campaign,
unfortunately, you can’t pay me to do the workouts for you.

Sure, I’ll get the benefit out of those workouts, but you obviously won’t.

And same goes for the nutrition side of things too.

But what I can do is help keep you accountable for those workouts, and the food side of things, and everything that goes with it.

That’s why I like to check in with DPMers if I haven’t seen them when I normally do.

One, to make sure that all is good in your world, and two, to make sure that you are doing what you told yourself you’d do.

With that in mind, sometimes people need a little bit more.
