Just wanted to send you a special thank you for being here this year.
As Jay Z says “you could’ve been anywhere in the world, but you’re here with me. I appreciate that”.

Whether you were part of Team DPM in person, or via our online coaching that we’ve done together.

Or maybe even through one of our Transformation programs that we’ve run.

May even do another one of those in February after school goes back if anyone is keen?

Tomorrow morning is my last session for the year and of course none of this would be possible (including publishing my first ever book Short ‘N Sweet) if it wasn’t for you.

We’ll be back on deck as of Monday January 7th with our early morning Lilyfield group training.

It won’t be the last time you hear from me though cause I’ve scheduled in some emails to go out to you during the break.

I figure seeing as you will have more time on your hands when you’re putting your feet up you may still want to read some of my ramblings.

And who knows, you might even be motivated to strike while the irons hot and lock in some personal training or some extra group action for January (don’t forget the online coaching option too if they don’t work).

So stay tuned for those.

Might even send you a quick bodyweight workout or two that you can do to burn off some Christmas pudding.

By the way, if there’s anything you want to see implemented as part of DPM next year, I’d love to hear from you. 

I’ll be taking some time over the next 2 weeks to sit down and work out my plan for next year and if you’ve got anything to add, I’m all ears.
