If you’re not familiar with the TBT term on social media, it means Throwback Thrusdays, and today I thought I’d give you a bit of an old school throwback bodyweight workout of mine.

This is a video I did 10 years ago. 

Sidenote: If I had half a brain back then I would’ve kept pumping out this type of content that I used to do back then on youtube before it got really massive cause some of those old videos of mine used to get good views for some reason. 

I went quiet for a few years on there and only have recently starting doing this type of thing again but the reach is nowhere near as good now cause there’s so many other channels compared to back then. 

Anyways, back to my point.

This is another short n sweet home workout featuring nothing but bodyweight exercises. And there’s only three of them too. Let’s check it out.

1) Decline Push Ups x 10 

 – if you can’t do decline push ups (that just means with your feet elevated as you can see in the video screen grab below), just do normal push ups – whether that’s on your knees or toes or even incline with your hands elevated. Whatever works. 

2) Step Ups x 25 each leg 

Obviously the greater height of the step, the harder they are.
If you don’t have a step at home you can always use your lounge for a challenge. 

3) Side to Side Hover x 20 each side 

Repeat x 3 sets. 

That’s it. It’ll get your heart rate up and give you a quick express workout when you’re short on time.
