About Daniel Munday
I have been helping busy parents just like you get healthier, stronger, more energised and fitter since 2005 here at DPM - something I started from scratch. For the 5 years prior to that I worked in hotel and corporate gyms, so it's safe to say I've been around for a LONG time and seen it all!
My passion is helping these time pressed mums and dads find their long lost energy, motivation and feel like their old self without having to devote hours and hours each week slaving away with a vomit inducing workout or meal plan that makes you count every single calorie that you eat.
I'm also a busy self employed Dad myself, to my princesses Emily and Jade and married to my wife Bronwyn for over 10 years, so I know exactly how time poor (and sleep deprived!) you are.
Outside of DPM & spending time with my girls, I love nothing more than enjoying a good red or whisky and even a pizza and love a good coffee with eggs benedict at the local cafe (I've also got a weakness for hot chips too!) So it's safe to say that I'm not your typical personal trainer who expects you to eat tuna and broccoli and never have any fun just so you can get results.
You'll find that I'm down to earth, don't mind a laugh (even at my own expense) and as you've seen on here, there's not a shirtless selfie bragging how strong I am on here. DPM is the place where you can feel comfortable, never intimidated (no matter where you may be starting from) and if I can get you to the point where you actually enjoy coming, then I'm doing my job.
