Going to focus on the optimist view today.

If our overlords stay true to their words, we could well be seeing each other for face to face action in as little as 3 weeks, if not 4-5 at the latest.

Let’s hope they keep their word.

So that’s the positive I’m focusing on.

The other positive thing is so far, there doesn’t seem like there will be a limit for 5 or 10 people or whatever for us outdoors.

Once again, if that rings true, no first in best dressed booking system.

Which is only fair enough considering what we’ve been through over the last 13-14 weeks.

Finally, things seem to be looking up.

Let’s hope it continues as it has been reported.

And with the weather warming up, it’s going to be a great time getting back to face to face action.

Daylight savings would’ve kicked in by then and we can hit a big finish to the year.

Which brings me to this question.

Who do you know that can benefit from some DPM action?

I know it’s been a while, but remember I like to give someone a 2 week test drive for our small group sessions to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

And I’m going to do something I haven’t done before – I’ll do the same for one-on-one personal training too until my diary is full.

I want to help as many people as I can this year to get back on their feet.

Cause I know if I help enough other people get what they want health and fitness wise, I’ll get what I want by default.

I was lucky to not be heavily affected by the lockdowns business wise, but I still took a hit. Like many.

My focus now is helping as many others get on top of their fitness and mental health through exercise, which of course will help the business bounce back.

So that’s where I need some assistance from you please – if you know someone who can benefit from either one on one training or our small group sessions.
