So obviously things are changing very quickly and as of now we are still sweet to operate.
The limit for each session is 10 people – so 9 plus me.
Friday is the only day that could be potentially affected but I’m working on that now re confirming attendance for tomorrow.
The only obvious thing for now is that we need to keep our distance from each other.
We did that yesterday and it worked well – having two rows so you’re not half way across the field from everyone.
So the good news is we can still do things for now.
And now more than ever it’s important to look after your physical and mental health.
The other thing that has changed is we’ve switched to 100% bodyweight only based on advice from people smarter than me.
So bring your mat as normal.
If you have a foam roller that you want to use, bring that too.
If you have equipment you want to use, bring that as well like bands or tubes.
I thought about buying a bunch of mini bands that you can keep, but I figure that by the time those arrive next week we may not be in operation anyways.
If you think that’d be a good idea though let me know and I’ll get some in.
But for now, the workout will be based around bodyweight exercises.
There’s obviously hundreds of different exercises you can do with no equipment as you’ve seen over the years.
I also want to take the time to thank you for supporting me especially now when I realise I’m one of the lucky ones – so far – who haven’t had to shut down everything overnight.
There is a plan b in place for when that happens.
We do have a zoom back up option ready. In fact we’re already using it for Observatory Hill. I’ll tell you more tomorrow if you want to join in for that.
