Did you know that this week is Sleep Awareness Week?

So how are you sleeping right now?

It’s understandable if things haven’t exactly been great considering everything that is going on in the world and the uncertainty that can go with that – especially if your concerned about your job prospects.

There’s a couple of resources that I want to share with you that may help point you in the right direction:

1) You may remember this tip that I shared last year. 

If you missed it, it’s an old tip from WW2 about how they got pilots to sleep within 2 minutes the night before they went out for a bombing raid.

2) The Sleep Health Foundation has a bunch of fact sheets that you may find helpful too. You can find them here.

3) And the thing I can help you on – exercise.

There’s endless amount of research that will show you that keeping up a regular exercise routine will help you sleep better.

One of the main things that people often report back after getting back into a regular exercise routine again is they find it easier to either fall asleep straight away, or to sleep throughout the night if they struggle with waking up and not getting back.
