Hands up if you overate last week with all the Christmas action going around?

I usually give it a good crack – sometimes too good a crack.

But I found this really simple advice that may help you during the rest of your holidays and moving forward into 2020.

Eat slowly and mindfully

I can tend to rush things when I eat and as a result when it’s something really good, it’s easy to eat more than I really need.

This is a cool way I’m going to try and implement to help stop that.

The best thing with this, especially at this time of year, is it means you can still eat whatever you want, you are just likely to eat less of it.

Because your body has a chance to actually get the message to your brain that you are full.

See if it works for you.
