Now Easter is done and dusted you may well be thinking it’s time to shift gears a notch.

Get the chocolate done and dusted and start planning what you need to focus on next.

Granted, there’s going to be some chocolate still around, but it doesn’t mean we can’t focus on what’s next.

And you can take that any way you want – workout wise, food wise, incidental exercise and everything and anything in between.

So what do you need to do next to keep on progressing now we’re already a quarter of the way through the year?

Is it more sessions?

Or more incidental exercise?

Maybe a bit more of a focus on the food side of things?
