Giving you all the reasons why you couldn’t get started.
And giving you some reasons why you should.
Not sure whether they resonated with you or not,
but I’ve got an example today of one of those who took action.
This is straight out of our latest DPM 4 Week Transformation System online program that is wrapping up this week.
Yep 4 weeks almost done already.
But Ginny had everything going against her for her NOT to start.
She does live in the USA after all but still wanted in.
I remembered her from one of my old programs back in the day – think it was my old Aussie Fatblast program that I sold briefly online something like 10 years ago.
Anyways, this is what she had noticed after only 3 weeks in:
“3 weeks ago I was not exercising or paying particular attention to what I was eating. Now I have been working out and either walking or riding my bike most days of the week.
I also have become more aware of what I am eating. I also realize that one big thing is: Just starting!
I was saying “I’ll get to it” too much.
Now I see that the choice is totally up to me! and that I am capable of my own fitness journey and can keep going”.
That is pretty damn awesome if you ask me.
And 100% spot on.
Always the hardest two words.
