You probably know by now that I’m not a fan of gyms.

They play crap music.

They can be overcrowded during peak times.

And you have to share benches with people too selfish to wipe down their own sweat – or use a towel.

I could go on, but you’re not here to listen to a rant of mine.

Actually, I’ll add one more. 

A client mentioned to me just last week how someone at his work mentioned that they were offered steroids in a gym the other day.

Yeah not my scene at all.

Anyways, you may be the same.

They’d rather be outside in the great outdoors and not have to deal with any of that.

Minus the intimation from some ‘roid boys.

Best yet, they’ll only take 20 minutes to do.

From start to finish.

Yes that includes warm up and stretching.

Compare that to your average gym workout that goes for an hour or more.

I know what I’d rather be doing with that extra time saved, I’m sure you do too.
