Been a little while since I threw out a little workout for you and I figured the holiday time is as good a time as any.
So try this one on for size if you want something to get into today:
1. Reverse Lunges x 15/15
2. Side Plank Pumps x 15/15
3. Push Ups x 15
4. Monster Walks x 15/15
5. Up & Overs x 15/15
6. Reverse Helicopters x 50
Repeat x 4 sets through.
