The process took a while, but the DPM Top Of The Hill podcast is finally live on iTunes.

So for those who were asking when it gets approval on there cause it’s their podcast app of choice (as it is mine), there you go.

Check it out and let me know what you think

And if you like what you hear, I’d appreciate a friendly 5 star review.

Also, if you want me to address any questions on the show, put them in a review and I’ll get to them on a future episode.

While I’ve got you, you may be wondering why on earth it’s called Top Of The Hill instead of some generic name like the Daniel Munday show.

Well, first up, that’s hardly original.

And two, cause I know a lot of people, especially our kids, think of us as over the hill.

Especially when we’re over 40.

I don’t buy that.

I know my body may be beat up, as may well be yours,

but the way I look at things is that when we get to 40 and beyond, we’ve been around the block a few times and have kinda worked out what’s going on with this life thing a lot more than what we previously thought.

As a result, I figure right now, we’re standing on top of the hill, rather than being over it. and it’s up to us to decide how long we decide to stay on top.

The best ways to stay on top?

By looking after ourselves of course.

The best way of doing that is the DPM style of action.

Either in person with our small group sessions or one-on-one training,

Or by grabbing a copy of my Short ‘N Sweet book for only $20 (including free postage)

And of course by listening to the tips on this podcast each week.

Hopefully it grows into something decent over the next year or two, even though it’s starting from humble beginnings now.

Check it out here and let me know what you think.

PS – if you’re not an apple fan, you can still find it on Spotify and Google podcasts plus a bunch of other options too
