To be honest, I’m not going to go into a big sales pitch on why you should train with me instead of every other potential option you could choose from.
But what I can guarantee you, is that if after having an initial chat to see if we’d be a good fit together, we’re going to get some pretty cool results.
Whether, you’re looking to lose a few stubborn kilos, feel more energised like you used to back in your 20’s, or maybe you just want to be able to run around and keep up with your kids or just feel stronger.

I’ve got 2 kids myself and I want to be there for them and be healthy enough to keep up with them. They’re the reason I get out of bed every day and do what I do.
I realise there’s more to life than work and fitness. So I can also assure you that if we do decide to work together, we’re going to get a lot done in only a short amount of time (how does a 30 minute session sound?).
If you’re used to working out for an hour or more, or think that’s the only way you’ll get results, you’ll be surprised how effective us spending 2 x 30 minute sessions together each week can be.
The Incentive To Get Started?
Like you may have seen in the video, I mentioned that usually when someone joins me at DPM, I like to reward them with a free $200 dinner gift voucher to any restaurant of their choice after they’ve been training for 6 months.
Why? Well to thank them for choosing me out of every other choice they could have made. But also, to celebrate their progress and to give you an excuse for a date night with your partner.
Cause I know I don’t get to get out on enough date nights with my wife anymore. You might be the same? Well, this gives you a perfect reason to do so.
As a Phil HSC listener, your 6 month waiting period will be cut to only 1 month.
So after our first month together, and after you’re already starting to feel better about yourself and how you feel, I’ll shout you your dinner then!
As for the venue of any personal training? I’ll come to your house or meet at a mutually convenient location if you’re in the Inner West, Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore or even the Hills District.
And the times? My mornings are full but I have a couple of mid morning/lunch time options available. Afternoons are out due to the school pick up run!
