Getting time for that morning coffee hit I bet?

Yep me too.

Enjoying a nice long black as I sit here writing this.

And despite what all the trend-setters will tell you,

Melbourne doesn’t have a mortgage on great coffee places.

Yeah they go alright, but there’s some pretty damn fine ones up here too.

And cause it’s almost coffee time I thought I’d give you some good news.

Despite what some people think,

you can actually still drink coffee when you follow my 3 Day Detox Diet.

When I use my coffee machine at home I even throw in some coconut oil.
