You’re going to love me after this.
Especially being Friday and all.
It’s more proof that red wine is good for you.
Not that I needed anymore proof than the fact it tastes pretty damn good!
You know the old Frank the Tank thing from Old School “Once it hits your lips it’s soo good!”
Surely that’s not just me?
So, this research from the University of Alberta in Canada found:
that health benefits in resveratrol, a compound found in red wine, are similar to those we get from exercise.
Resveratrol was seen to improve physical performance, heart function and muscle strength in the same way as they’re improved after a gym session.
So if we have a glass of red it is the equivalent to a session?
How about a bottle?
Wow, we’d be flying!
Well I would be anyways.
Obviously, that’s taking things a bit too far but once again, it just goes to show that you don’t have to live like a nun and cut yourself off from the world and stick to rabbit food just to lose those stubborn kilos.
You can enjoy life.
You can enjoy a few drinks each week.
And of course, you can still drop the kilos.
Cause when you combine the supposed health benefits of that liquid glass of Shiraz goodness,
add in some DPM style short, but effective workouts,
and put the icing on the cake with our nutrition plan that is easy to follow,
Guess what happens?
You can’t lose.
Interested in hearing more about what this DPM action plan can do for you?
Yes you can have red wine if you wish.
We aren’t giving that goodness up!
And if that’s not your thing, white, whisky, beer. Whatever. Go for it.
Nothing’s off limits.
We just plan it in to complement things.
