I’ve had some interest in whether I was going to run another one of the Busy Mums Transformations this year.
You know, the 4 week program that can be done either in person at any DPM session, or for the most part, by following along at home to the simple workout that requires only an hour or so of your time each week.
Yep, not each day, each week.
What do you reckon?
Is that something that might interest you?
I thought I’d put out the feelers to you first considering that you get my emails everyday,
before I advertise it to a wider audience.
Now, I can’t guarantee a start date as of yet.
I’ll have one very soon.
You see, our baby is due any day now so obviously, I’ll be taking time out for that.
But, the beauty of not starting to mid Feb is the kids will be well into their new school routine.
So your disruptions will be minimal.
