With the weather starting to warm up and moving into our good time of the year, I thought I’d give you something that you might find useful.

Especially if you like a bit of ice cream.

And this one is so simple it involves just one ingredient – a banana.

So it’s actually good for you.

If you want to see the recipe to do it as they intended, you can check it out here, but really it can be as simple as peeling a banana and freezing it in a zip lock bag.

Make sure you peel the banana first, cause I can’t imagine it’ll be fun trying to pry it out of the peel when it’s frozen.

But a frozen banana if you’ve never had one is pretty cool, pardon the pun.

If you wanted to do something even further, you can dip it in melted chocolate or roll it in some cacao powder or something similar.

Either way, if you’ve never tried it, that’s your challenge this spring.
