Would you follow an eating plan that’s been around for over 100 years?

What do you think it’d look like?

Some of the advice may not be too crash hot in todays world,

but you can guarantee that it’d be a pretty decent plan.

Considering most of the crap we eat today wasn’t invented back then.

Sure it may be a little bland, but hey if it works?

Would you do it?

What about this one?

The Sun Kissed Diet.

The funny thing with this diet, is it just shows that since forever and a day we’ve been trying to find that special ‘secret’ to eating right and losing the stubborn kilos.

Even before there was a multi billion dollar industry devoted to it.

Anyways, this ‘Sun Kissed Diet’ thing was from back in 1914.

The premises was pretty simple – eat mostly fruits and vegetables grown above the ground.

The reasoning supposedly is because the more rays of sunlight they get, the better the food is for you.

The one thing I do know though, is that it isn’t that far removed from our 3 Day Detox Diet that all DPMers get
(even in hard copy form these days)

We just focus on eating real foods – most of which were grown above ground.

Even if the reasons for eating these types of things isn’t cause it was kissed by the sun.

You’re allowed to eat stuff grown in the ground too…

Sure, my game plan may not be 104 years old but who’s to say it won’t be around in another 104 years!
