Or catch up on some sleep if you can swing it.

Only if you’ve been playing along with the game plan.
So if your attendance has been spot on.
If you’re eating has been on point.
If you can honestly say that you’ve been going full on.
Take your foot off the pedal for a day or even a few days.
Give the body some recovery.
If you haven’t been doing anything you can safely say you’ve had enough rest right?
Time to get back in the game.
So, analyse where you’re at.
Be fair dinkum with it.
Cause you can lie to me,
but you’re the one who has to look yourself in the mirror right?
