So let’s get straight to the point…
How are you handling everything right now?
Are you going okay with it all and getting through the day without losing your sanity?
Or are things starting to get to you, especially when there’s really no certainty to how long we’re going to be stuck like this for?
Both answers are valid.
And we obviously can’t control what’s going on now.
The only thing we can control – or try to control – is how we react.
So my tip for today is once again to focus on you.
You can’t look after others if you’re not looking after yourself.
Plan your workouts in for this week.
Plan your downtime in this week.
Ideally something everyday, but as always, something is better than nothing.
Make it a priority and we’ll get through this in better shape than we otherwise would have.
