There’s a couple of things I’ve got planned this year that I think will help encourage you to continue your progress and training.

I’ll reveal the biggie next week – the main change is based around what I teased late last year with the ‘raffle draw’ of sorts.

I’m looking forward to sharing with you how that’s going to work and what you can win each month.

But for now, there’s one important thing that I hope you use that will help increase your chance of winning the raffle.

Things never really slow down.

Cause chances are you may have told yourself at one time or another you’ll get back to doing so and so once things so down, once this is over with or once whatever event is done.

But as we both know, something is always there to take its place.

Especially with everything going on right now.

So if I can suggest anything this year is don’t put things off.

Especially when it comes to exercise.

Prioritise your health.

Cause we’re going to need it this year.
