My new years these days are the same as pretty much any other night.
In bed way before midnight.

With a whole new decade ahead of us, I thought you may be interested in this very simple idea that I heard on a podcast late last year from basketball legend Luc Longley.
If the name rings a bell, he’s one of the Aussie pioneers in the NBA and won 3 NBA rings playing with Michael Jordan and the Bulls back in the mid 90’s.
But this is something that I really liked.
You either win or you learn
Not a bad way to look at something that you technically lost at right?
I know last year I had plenty of losses.
More losses than wins actually.
It is what it is.
But hearing this gave me a new appreciation for those instead of being down about them.
I at least know that it’s not always doom and gloom.
I just have to take something out of them and make sure that loss doesn’t repeat again.
Cause then I’m not really learning am I?
Hopefully this simple little tip from Luc can help you this year too.
