So maybe you might be thinking after my email yesterday that I need a snickers or something?

You know like the ads where they say “you’re not you when you’re hungry”.

The one with Joe Pesci comes to mind where he’s going off on the poor girls him and his mate are trying to chat up.

Remember that one?

He calms down after the snickers.

But no, I don’t need a snickers.

Just sometimes things need to be said.

Sometimes you have to have an uncomfortable conversation to get what you really want.

And if that offended you?

You probably wouldn’t be reading this today anyways.

You would’ve been one of the ones who unsubscribed.

There was also another reason behind yesterdays email,

apart from asking you that question.

As you no doubt realised, yesterday was August 1.

That means one month to Spring.

One month to warmer weather (yay!)

But also one month until we get to put away the baggy winter clothes that can hide those unwanted layers you’ve been struggling with.

So, you might think that one month isn’t enough to get any real results.

I’ll call your bluff on that.

“It’s definitely changed a lot of things for me in the last month. I’ve lost 9kg. My bloating’s much, much better. My skin’s much better”

That feedback was from one of the mums who did my 4 week online transformation program last year.

This one too:

“The whole process has been excellent. I’ve come out like a new woman… But it’s my mindset and how I feel now. I feel really good about myself. I feel better, my skin’s better, my hair’s better. My clothes are fitting. I don’t look like I’m pregnant anymore”

Yes in only 4 weeks.

So if they can you can too.

And cause I know that while you may need some more accountability and help to get back in those skinny jeans,

but can’t always make our sessions in person due to your location or hours,

don’t forget we can explore an online option as well.

The only difference here is you follow along the short workout that I give you

(and show you how to do via the video demos)

Everything else is the same you get from doing the in person sessions.
